This policy explains how RentLeaf ("RentLeaf," "we," "us") handles information collected through rentleafpm.com.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:

• Contact details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Property details: property address, property type, occupancy status, and any message you include.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. We do not use this data to identify you.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a rental analysis or management quote.
• To call or text you about the services you asked about, at the number you provide. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask us to stop calling.
• To keep records of inquiries and to meet legal and licensing obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. As described under "Cookies and advertising" below, we may use advertising cookies that share limited online identifiers with ad platforms to measure and improve our ads.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this site and deliver form submissions to us. They process data only on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts the website and stores a copy of form submissions.
• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies and advertising

We use, or may use, cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) from the following providers to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our advertising:

• Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and how people find us.
• Google Ads to measure whether someone who clicked one of our ads later submitted a form, and to show our ads to people who visited the site.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) for the same ad measurement and remarketing purposes.

These tools may collect your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, the ad you clicked, and whether you submitted a form. They do not receive the contents of your form submission. These providers may use cookies across other websites, and their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies: Google and Meta.

Your choices:

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings, or through the Digital Advertising Alliance.
• Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat it as a request to opt out of sharing, and advertising cookies will not load for you.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and as required by California real estate recordkeeping rules. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to opt out of the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which can include the advertising cookies described above. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser or ask us through our contact form. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, use our contact form and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submissions is limited to RentLeaf staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
